WUEE champions women’s rights and equal gender representation in our target communities. By working directly with both women and community leaders, activities in this area aim to increase the participation of women in governance and decision-making, as well as end violence against women and girls. WUEE raises awareness within the community and advocates for the inclusion of women at the local and state level!
Using Data for Planning, Tracking, Measuring and Documenting Results: WUEE conducts baseline surveys in order to document community governance standards before intervention. Community members/target groups participate fully in collecting and verifying data collected during these exercises!

OUR WINNING STRATEGY
WUEE rolled out REFLECT Circles in our target communities. Community members are now able to analyze their respective community issues and create a plan of action to improve their welfare; thereby taking the drivers’ seat in the development of their own communities!
